Over the last 4 years The VAR Network has been successfully assisting vendors and resellers to improve their marketing and increase sales, and assist end-users implement new technology projects:

Marketing: We have provided suppliers with market research and business development planning services, prepared value propositions and defined product offerings, produced web site designs and text, prepared hierarchies of marketing documentation and designed signage for many clients events booths.

Regional sales: We have set-up international reseller networks for over 20 suppliers, ensuring that the resellers are correctly engaged and trained, pro-actively promoting our clients's offerings, building and reporting on sales pipelines and ultimately winning business.

On-ine reporting: Our clients benefit from access to secure areas on this web site from where they can access pages that summarise Reseller Network Status by country, Sales Pipeline by win chance, Activity Records, To Do Lists, and Country Reports. In addition we provide an FTP location to share documents.
