Our Team

The VAR Network consists of two full-time staff and a large network of associates and contacts:

Phil Eade is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) with over 20 years experience in the broadcast sector, including senior management roles in Sony Broadcast and as a VP in an automated playout supplier organisation. Phil achieved a BSc(Hons) in 1992, became a Chartered Engineer in 1995, achieved an MBA with distinction in 2000, and was PRINCE2 accredited in 2001.

Ynze Mens has over 25 years experience in the broadcast, IT and media sector, including 20 years in Sony Broadcast as a business development manager and 3 years as an ICT and media consultant in an IBM partner company. Ynze has consultative selling training from IBM business school. Ynze has extensive training in both IT and AV products and technology.

Associates and network from around the world, spanning multiple industry sectors, from individual consultants to 130 person country resellers and systems integrators.
