We bring extensive experience in the design and implementation of complex IT broadcast workflow solutions to end-users, assisting from requirement capture through to project implementation:

Workflow analysis and process description documents: We work with broadcasters, telcos and other media organisations to capture their current workflows and propose supplier agnostic IT broadcast workflows, presenting them in professional process description document format.

Investment reports and tender support: We prepare professional board level reports for investment justification and assist with the preparation of tenders for IT broadcast workflow solutions, from single function or department projects, to complete television station media asset management solutions.

Project quality assurance: We combine the principles of the PRINCE2 project management methodology with extensive broadcast project management experience to help start projects professionally, help correct projects in trouble, or to ensure projects remain on track.
